Led by Elder Adam Wisman, Biya shares to Aboriginal culture through cultural dance, learning and community connection.
At the heart of Biya is a simple purpose: to keep culture strong by creating opportunities for young people and communities to learn, participate and connect. Our work is grounded in respect, community relationships and sharing culture in ways that are meaningful for the people involved.
Biya brings people together through Aboriginal culture, dance, learning and community participation.
Adam Wisman is an Aboriginal Elder, cultural educator and community leader whose work centres on culture, young people and community. Through dance, cultural learning and participation in community events, Adam creates opportunities for children and families to connect, learn and proudly share culture.
Biya provides a platform to support that work, strengthen its foundations and help it reach more communities while keeping culture at the centre.
